FINAL SALE AGREEMENT

All purchases from WASTED FIENDS STREETWEAR are final sale and non-refundable.

By completing checkout, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • all sales are final
  • no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted
  • all product and sizing information has been reviewed prior to purchase
  • chargebacks will not be used as a method of refund or dispute resolution

This agreement constitutes a binding acceptance of these terms at the time of purchase.


LIMITED DISCRETIONARY RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return eligibility is not offered as a standard policy.

In rare circumstances, WASTED FIENDS STREETWEAR may, at its sole discretion, approve a return as a goodwill exception only.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery and are subject to strict review.

Eligibility is not guaranteed under any circumstance.

If a request is considered, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • returned with all original packaging and tags intact
  • accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Any item not meeting these requirements is automatically ineligible for review.

Approved exceptions may be resolved solely at our discretion via:

  • store credit
  • exchange (subject to availability)
  • refund approval (rare and not guaranteed)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact support@wastedfiends.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests must include:

  • order number
  • clear photo evidence of the issue
  • packaging photos (if applicable)

Claims submitted outside of this strict 48-hour window are automatically ineligible for review.

If approved, resolution may include replacement, store credit, or other corrective action at our discretion.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers fully to the shipping provider.

WASTED FIENDS STREETWEAR is not responsible for:

  • packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen
  • delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external disruptions
  • incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses entered by the customer

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.

In cases of lost shipments, customers are required to file claims directly with the carrier. Supporting documentation may be provided upon request.

Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refund or replacement.


PREORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Certain products may be released as preorders or made-to-order items.

All production and shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

By purchasing these items, the customer acknowledges and accepts potential delays due to manufacturing, demand, or logistics constraints.

Orders for preorder or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated without prior contact will be treated as potential fraud or policy abuse.

All disputes will be fully contested with supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

  • proof of delivery and carrier confirmation
  • transaction and payment verification records
  • customer checkout logs and consent data
  • IP, device, and fraud screening data (where applicable)
  • communication history and fulfillment records

By completing checkout, the customer agrees that they will not initiate chargebacks based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, or misunderstanding of this policy.

We strongly encourage all customers to contact support directly prior to initiating any dispute.


EU CONSUMER RIGHTS (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

For orders shipped to eligible countries within the European Union, customers may have statutory rights allowing cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery.

Where applicable, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original packaging
  • with all original tags attached
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests must be submitted within the legal timeframe.

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Certain items may be exempt under applicable EU law, including but not limited to:

  • made-to-order products
  • customized items
  • limited production releases

FINAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing from WASTED FIENDS STREETWEAR, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy, including the final sale structure and dispute limitations.
