This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through wastedfiends.shop are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Premade Items

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made-to-order and require a production time of 4–6 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times begin once the order is confirmed, not at the time of shipment.

You will be notified when your pre-order item has shipped.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We ship using third-party carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Domestic (U.S.): approximately 3–7 business days depending on location
  • International orders: delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier and may take time to update after initial shipment.


4. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

All orders are considered fully fulfilled once the shipping carrier marks the package as “delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

At that point:

  • Delivery confirmation is considered final proof of fulfillment
  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping information entered at checkout.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Where applicable, carrier insurance policies govern resolution of lost shipments.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If an order is returned to sender due to address issues or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.


7. RETURNED PACKAGES & RESHIPPING

If a package is returned to us for any reason (including failed delivery or incorrect address), the customer must pay reshipping fees to have the order sent again.

Reshipment will be processed using a carrier selected at checkout or another carrier chosen by the customer.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes or tariffs imposed by the destination country

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend selecting DHL International Shipping (if available at checkout) for faster and more reliable delivery.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control.


9. INSURANCE

Some shipping methods may include carrier-provided insurance depending on the selected service level.

Insurance coverage, where applicable, is governed solely by the shipping carrier’s terms and policies.

We do not independently guarantee or extend additional insurance coverage beyond what the carrier provides.


10. LIMITATION OF SHIPPING LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasted Fiends is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Customs delays or seizures
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
